Google Ads forbids sports betting ads in Florida

Sports betting services and ads are banned from being promoted on Google Ads in Florida. After a federal judge in Washington DC overturned the Florida-Seminole Tribal Gaming Compact and declared sports betting unlawful in the state of Florida, this update was issued.
Because Google promotes responsible gaming and conforms with local gambling laws and industry standards, it does not allow “some sorts of gambling-related advertising,” according to the company.
All gambling commercials must abide by the rules and regulations of their individual countries, and they must only target countries that have been approved. They must also never promote them to children under the age of majority. Furthermore, all gambling advertisements must include a link to a landing page that offers information about responsible gaming. On the support page, you will discover a comprehensive list of all of the local regulations that apply to the specified area.
Besides that, gambling adverts cannot be distributed through Gmail advertisements, shopping advertisements, reservation display advertisements, or customer ratings annotations.
The disapproval of advertisements or extensions that do not conform with Google's regulations is a distinct possibility. When an advertisement is disapproved, it will not run until the policy violation has been addressed and the advertisement is deemed suitable for display.
For users who have repeatedly violated rules, the suspension of their accounts is another option. A user's account may be suspended after a series of small breaches or after a large violation, depending on the circumstances.
All advertisements in the suspended account, as well as Google's acceptance of any advertising from the account owner, would be terminated as a result of this action. All related accounts would be permanently terminated, and any new accounts created during the account setup procedure would be automatically suspended as well.
